The third coffee set created by Zina Ulste called „Alfa” entered a new production stage in the then already merged factory – its shape was cylindrical with a conically widened top, thus it was very suitable for the use of a new decoration method – silkscreen decal. Unfortinately, the unfunctional construction of the coffee pot spout, as well as the strict geometric shape, which required hard-to-achieve precision, prompted to abandon the production of this set after only two years. „Alfa”, apparently, did not have as many decor variations as other sets of that time, and nowadays it is relatively rare, so I have also used the photos of like-minded people – Riga porcelain collectors, as well as the the ones photographed in the Porcelain Museum.
